You can view all recorded keynote sessions, workshops, poster presentations & sponsor booths by logging into the virtual conference platform starting Wednesday, June 24th at 9 am. Conference videos and content will available to view for up to 30 days after the conference.

How does a virtual event work?
Our virtual conference will offer many of the same components you’ve come to love at our in-person conference! You will have access to numerous learning and networking opportunities through various keynotes, discussion groups, workshops, poster sessions and sponsor booths. You can continue to interact with other attendees, and walk away feeling connected and supported.
What if I have technical issues during the event?
CMHACY staff will be partnering with vFairs experts to address any issues before, during, or after the event.
Do I need to register?
Yes. You need to register for the event to be able to access presentations and conference materials as well as exhibitor booths and poster presentations. Scholarships are available!
How much does registration cost?
Because we’ve gone virtual, we were able to reduce the cost of the conference to $250 per attendee (1/2 price)!
When is the last day to register?
Registration closes Wednesday, June 17 — one week prior to the conference.
What should I expect as a registered attendee?
- Powerful keynote presentations followed by live Q&As
- 25+ workshops presented by CMHACY partners with the ability to attend/re-watch unlimited sessions for up to 30 days (for all of you who have ever been sad that you couldn’t be in two different workshops at once!)

Will I still be able to get my CEUs?
Yes! CEUs are being done through Casa Pacifica. You can find more information and download the form to request CE certificates on our CEU page.
Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event?
No! You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the internet.
I love the engagement aspect of CMHACY’s annual conference. Will I be able to get that same experience?
