2016 Legislator of the Year – Assembly Member Mark Stone

The California Mental Health Advocates for Children and Youth membership is recognizing Assemblymember Mark Stone for his leadership in improving outcomes for youth in foster care. Assemblymember Stone has passed legislation which is designed to improve the outcomes of youth in foster care by increasing community based supports and integrated care for the youth and for their family members.
