Early Bird Registration Prices
Dear CMHACY family,
We are happy to announce the 2018 conference pricing.
Registration is a two step process:
- Register online for the CMHACY conference.
- Reserve lodging on the CMHACY conference Registration site, by filling out the Asilomar Lodging and payment form.
For Early Bird Registration
Starting February 1st through midnight April 14th, 2018.
Pre-Conference and Regular conference (If you have reserved Lodging at Asilomar.) = $475.
Pre-Conference + Regular conference (If you are Lodging off grounds.) = $510.
Conference only (If you have reserved Lodging at Asilomar.) = $410
Wednesday afternoon until Friday noon.
Conference only (If you are Lodging off-grounds.) = $430
Regular Registration
Starting April 15th through midnight Monday, May 7th, 2018.
Pre-conference and conference (If you have reserved Lodging at Asilomar.) = $500
Pre-conference and conference (If you are Lodging off-grounds.) = $535
Conference only (If you have reserved Lodging at Asilomar.) = $435
Wednesday afternoon until Friday noon.
Conference only (If you are Lodging off-grounds.) = $455
CMHACY Conference registration and Asilomar Lodging reservations will both be available online on Thursday, February 1st, 2018.
