The hybrid conference will be held Wednesday, April 27 – Friday, April 29 at Asilomar Conference Grounds and virtually this year. You can view all plenary sessions, live-streamed workshops, poster presentations & sponsor booths by logging into the hybrid conference platform starting Wednesday, April 27th at 8AM. Conference videos and content will available to view on Youtube after the conference.
Our hybrid conference will offer many of the same components you’ve come to love at our in-person and recent virtual conferences! Onsite attendees will have access to our CMHACY conference app in the Apple or Google Play Store. Virtual attendees will be have access to the conference & sessions on our web app. Both onsite and virtual attendees will be able to engage and network together with each other through the chat, Q&A and social wall feed.
All attendees will have access to numerous learning and networking opportunities through various keynotes, plenary sessions, discussion groups & roundtable sessions, workshops, poster presentations onsite and online. All plenary sessions will be live-streamed from Asilomar along with multiple workshops.
Our goal is for all attendees to leave the conference feeling inspired, connected and supported.
Yes. You need to register for the event regardless if you will be attending onsite or virtually to be able to access presentations and conference materials as well as access sponsor booths and poster presentations.
Registration closes on April 20th, 7 days prior to the conference. Attendees may request a late registration with our conference staff at Info@CMHACY.org if needed.
Yes! CEUs are being processed through Training Grounds for professionals. Osite & virtual attendees can earn up to 13 credits over the 3-day conference. 3 additional hours are available if you attend a pre-conference session.
Virtual Attendees
No! You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our virtual conference. You only need to have access to the internet. If you work for a County or have high-level tech security, we recommend that you disable any firewalls in place prior to the conference and use Google Chrome. We also recommend using a computer instead of a phone or tablet for the best user experience on the browser version of the app.
Onsite Attendees
Yes! Onsite attendees can download our CMHACY app on the Apple Store for Iphones, or Google Play store for Androids. Search for “CMHACY” in either app store to download.
Have the entire conference schedule available on your phone and interact with our virtual audience on the mobile app!
Yes! The platform we chose is extremely interactive and makes it easy for ALL attendees to engage and interact with each other during the conference. We hope you take advantage of how accessible your peers will be!
We will provide access to recorded conference sessions to all conference attendees on CMHACY’s Youtube channel after the conference.
